I write this letter in recommendation of Menny Kalmanovich of Prestige Remodeline LLC as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Menny in 2010 and 2011 on renovating 2 of our apartments (Manhattan and Brooklyn) and I highly recommend him without any reservation.

We are overseas real estate investors and responsiveness is critical. Menny always get back within 24 hours. He is professional, accurate in cost for scale and cost of the renovations, provides clarity in cost and manages the project timeline well.

The woodwork for our kitchen was done with care and precision and the custom built kitchen cabinets he designed are tasteful and well finished. In addition, his team of workers are clean and tidy and took special care to ensure that the apartment is always kept clean.

While I was in NYC to shortlist contractors for the work, I have to admit that Menny was outstanding and his quality, professionalism and responsiveness is unmatched by any other contractors I come across in NYC.

"For almost two years I was planning to have built-in shelves installed in my living room but I kept putting it off as I've had nothing but bad experiences with contractors until I hired Menny.
